STRHS-Lawrenceburg Celebrates National Heart Month with a HeART Show!
March 3, 2025

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System (STRHS) - Lawrenceburg proudly celebrated National Heart Month by hosting the first annual “HeART Show,” an art exhibition highlighting the creative talents of Lawrence County students.
The event, held on Monday, February 24th, and Thursday, February 27th, showcased artwork from elementary, middle, and high school students, all centered around the theme: "A Healthy Heart is a Happy Heart." Almost 600 local artists and their families attended the event to view the heart-themed artwork.
The HeART Show provided students with an opportunity to express their artistic abilities while promoting the importance of heart health. Families, students, and local school leadership, including representatives from the Lawrence County School System and the local school board, attended to support and celebrate the young artists. “This event was a wonderful way to blend creativity with education, encouraging students to think about heart health in an engaging and meaningful way,” said Rhee Perry, CEO of STRHS-Lawrenceburg. “We were thrilled to see such enthusiasm from students across all grade levels.”
STRHS Lawrenceburg remains committed to fostering health awareness in the community and looks forward to making the HeART Show an annual tradition.
